Tax filling

  • Prepare and file all regular tax reports (VAT, Corporate tax, Personal income tax, Local tax and all other tax declarations as required by local law)
  • Ensure that Company is informed of all payable taxes and informed when there are any changes to local law
  • Ensure that the Company is notified of any payments required ahead of their due dates
  • Represent the Company in front of all tax authorities, as and when requested by those authorities
  • Preparation of the necessary tax statistical reports
  • Preparation of all year end tax declarations
  • Tax administration representation
  • Liaise with auditors as and when necessary

Auditing

  • Preparation of required financial management reports (managerial accounting) on monthly, weekly or daily basis for the Headquarters and Owners in relation to the financial status of the Company. The reporting includes preparation of Profit & Loss account, balance sheet, cash flow statement and some other non financial items such as staffing numbers and tonnages as well as reporting on cash balances used by central management

Professional accounting

  • Design the Company’s accounting policy, valuation methods and ledger accounts
  • Daily accounting check-up
  • Monitoring and control of cash flows
  • Calculate “benefit in kind” given to employees as appropriate under local law
  • Ensure that all invoices are stored securely and kept for at least the mandatory period (as imposed by local law)

Payroll

  • Provide payroll accounting for the Company’s employees and maintain individual payroll data
  • Act as the point of contact with authorities and represent the Company in front of the authorities
  • Prepare data and statistical reports according to current law
  • Produce payroll calculations for input into the Company’s accounts
  • Calculate the tax to be paid (as applicable depending on local law) on “benefits in kind” (as calculated by the accountants i.e. pension, health care contributions, etc.)

Tax, legal and financial advisory services

  • Provide the Managing Director with information to allow him/her to make informed estimates of costs for future years
